Meetings
The Psi Chapter is currently holding business meetings on the first Fridays of each month in the Library of the Women's Resource Center, in Wilson 8. If you are a current member of GWIS we recommend you attend these meetings to get involved in the planning and organization of the Chapter and its events. All meetings are open to the public.
Here is the schedule of meetings for the Spring semester, as well as general topics of discussion/planning for each meeting:
Friday March 7th: Planning for remainder of semester's events: Spring Membership drive, Spring elections, and Women in Neuroscience (WIN) program; Laura Hill to join us to plan the 2nd Annual Sensory Analysis of Wine Tasting and Recognition Event (March 28th).
Friday April 4th: Finalizing semester's events: Spring Membership drive, Spring elections, and Women in Neuroscience (WIN) program. New & renewing members -- this meeting is the deadline to submit new applications or renewals to be submitted with group postage (membership is from July to July each calendar year).
Friday May 2nd: Announcement of election winners and GWIS Executive Committee for 2008-2009. Planning event schedule for 2008-2009 year.
