Greetings Washington Wine Fans!
This Spring we celebrated our Second Annual Sensory Analysis of Wine Tasting Event on March 28th in the K-House. For this year's event, we were lucky to be guided through a sensory analysis of wine and food pairing exercise with Laura Hill, from the lab of Dr. Carolyn Ross in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Laura gave us some tips on pairing these wines with a variety of foods we had available: meats, cheeses, breads, veggies, and, mmmm...chocolates.
