Women's Recognition Luncheon
Each year GWIS attends the Women's Recognition Luncheon, in celebration of Women's History Month. The Women of Distinction and Woman of the Year are also recognized at this luncheon.
This year's Women's Recognition Luncheon will take place on April 18th from 11:30 - 1 pm in Beasley Coliseum.
The RESERVATION FORMS for the 2008 Luncheon are now available. The deadline for ticket reservations is APRIL 1ST. If you are going to attend the luncheon, please tell Kim Barrett to set you at or near the GWIS Executive Committee Members.
In 2007 the GWIS Executive Committee was honored to be in attendance when Tori Byington, our Faculty Mentor, was recognized as a Woman of Distinction. We also got our picture taken with Gov Christine Gregoire, who was recognized as the Woman of the Year! Special thanks to the Women's Resource Center for providing tickets to the Exec Committee.
